Types Of Access Doors

Types of access doors
The ability of the door to perform protective, thermal and noise-insulation functions is directly dependent on its design (box building, thickness of the floor, internal carcasing, rigid ribs and type of filler).
By type of design, all doors are conditionally divided into " light " and " heavy " .
Light access doors
Light doors are most common in China, such doors do not take much time and require complex equipment. They are produced in an abnormal way: the leaf of vomit under the press is based on the principle of irrigation, the edges fall asleep. The thickness of the sheet ranges between 0, 3-0, 8 mm, and the more expensive segment contains a refined outer sheet. Internal partitions - rigidity ribs that ensure the mechanical resistance of the door are usually not available. The doorweight is 20 to 30 kg, the opening angle is 90 to 120 degrees, with a rare exception of 180 (see Forpost doors). The simplicity of production and the minimum thickness of the floor allow for the sale of such doors at low cost.
Interesting facts:
Such doors are worthy of hidden hinges. In addition to greater mobility (which can be regulated in the 3rd directions), their advantage is inaccessibility: it will not be possible to deflect hidden loops.
The " light " of a door not reinforced by a carcass is highly mechanically exposed: it can be easily retreaded by mounting or scrap.
It is therefore recommended that lung doors be installed in protected areas with a housephone, a consierge and other doors.
Heavy access doors
Heavy two-leaf doors shall be made by a rotary-weld method from a steel sheet of 1 to 3 mm in a complex profile. With the greater thickness of the metal sheet, this door is much more resistant to mechanical effects: it is more difficult to cut. Inner rigidity ribs (vertical, horizontal metal bars) are constructed to the metal sheets to prevent the sale and removal of the door. All of this stuff gives a serious weight of the product, between 50 and 180 kg. The hidden loops in this case are counterproof because under this weight, they'll just cut them off the floor, so the hard doors are usually outside the loop.
Steel two-leaf doors, being very reliable, are used as basic access doorshome, office, etc.
·To protect you from infiltration into your apartment, it's quite a single-leaf door. The second page is only an additional rigidity that is unnecessary.
Manufacturers ' banks use desks with steel caps, they are more insidious and provide a smooth opening.
